1. General principle
Use Priormindlawfully, honestly and with respect for other people's rights. You are responsible for the sources you upload and for how you use the output.
2. Prohibited uses
You must not use Priormind to:
- Break the law or facilitate illegal activity.
- Commit fraud, deception or misrepresentation, or impersonate any person or organisation.
- Generate or spread disinformation, fabricated research findings, or fake reviews, or present AI output as verified fact without checking it.
- Infringe intellectual property, or upload content you do not have the right to process.
- Copy or redistribute substantial verbatim text from sources, or circumvent paywalls to distribute copyright-protected full texts — the service is for summary and synthesis, not wholesale reproduction.
- Harass, threaten, defame or abuse others, or produce hateful content.
- Produce adult or sexual content, or content that exploits or endangers minors.
- Engage in political manipulation, astroturfing or coordinated inauthentic behaviour.
- Pass AI output off as your own graded academic work where your institution prohibits it, or otherwise violate academic-integrity rules.
- Evade the rules of regulated industries, or generate professional legal, medical or financial advice for onward reliance without qualified human review.
- Upload malware, attempt to breach security, scrape the service, or overload our systems.
3. Sensitive and confidential material
Do not upload material you are not permitted to process, or highly sensitive personal or confidential data. Uploaded content is cleared after a 30-day cache window by default.
4. Enforcement
We may remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that breach this policy, and report unlawful activity where required. See our Terms of Service.
