1. Subscriptions
Priormind is sold as a recurring subscription in US dollars. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period; it then stops renewing. We do not offer prorated refunds for the unused part of a period once it has started, except where required by law.
2. Quotas are usage, not a balance
Plan quotas are metered service usage for each billing period. They are not a stored, prepaid or withdrawable balance. Unused quota expires at the end of the period and is not refundable or transferable.
3. If a result isn't right
If a generated brief, figure or clip does not meet your expectations, please regenerate it first and contact us — we would rather fix the output than see you stuck. Regeneration within your plan quota is the primary remedy.
4. When we do issue refunds
- Duplicate or accidental charges.
- A confirmed billing error on our side.
- A service fault that we cannot resolve and that prevented you from using what you paid for.
- Where a refund is required by applicable consumer law.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@hyperese.shop from your account email within 14 days of the charge, with the date and reason. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we can almost always resolve it faster directly.
