Who owns what when you use Priormind — your sources, and the briefs, figures and clips it generates.

Last updated: July 12, 2026

1. You keep ownership of your inputs

You retain all ownership of the documents, data, links and notes you upload (“Your Content”). We claim no ownership over Your Content.

2. The licence you grant us

You grant HYPERPRIOR RESEARCH LTD a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process Your Content solely to generate the synthesis, figures and clips you request and to operate and secure the service. This licence ends when the content is deleted or cleared.

3. Default 30-day cache and deletion

Uploaded source content is cleared after a 30-day cache window by default. You can delete Your Content sooner from your account, and request deletion by emailing us.

4. You must have the rights

You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process Your Content, and that doing so does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, confidentiality or privacy. Do not upload sensitive or confidential material you are not permitted to process.

5. Outputs

Subject to these terms and the rights in your underlying sources, you may use the outputs Priormindgenerates for you. Because outputs are AI-generated drafts, you must verify them against the primary sources and confirm you hold the rights to any source material before publishing or distributing — see our AI Disclaimer.

6. Summary and synthesis, not wholesale copying

Priormind is built to summarise and synthesise. It must not be used to reproduce or redistribute substantial verbatim copyrighted text, or to bypass paywalls, as set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.
