Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Priormind collects, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.

Last updated: July 12, 2026

1. Who we are (data controller)

Priormind is a service operated by HYPERPRIOR RESEARCH LTD(“we”, “us”, “our”), the data controller responsible for your personal data. Our registered office is 8 Quarles Park Road, Romford, Essex, United Kingdom, RM6 4DE. For any privacy question, contact us at support@hyperese.shop or +44 7360536927.

2. What data we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, password credentials and plan/subscription status.
  • Content you submit: the sources, documents, links, notes and prompts you upload to generate a synthesis, plus the outputs we produce for you.
  • Billing data: subscription tier, billing period, and the last four digits and card brand as returned by our payment processor. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
  • Support data: messages, enquiries and lead-form submissions you send us.
  • Technical & usage data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and feature usage, collected through logs and cookies/analytics.

3. How we collect it (sources)

  • Directly from you when you register, subscribe, upload content or contact us.
  • Automatically as you use the service, through cookies, server logs and analytics.
  • From our processors (for example, our payment processor confirms a payment outcome).

4. Why we use it and our legal basis

  • To provide the service (generate briefs, figures and clips, manage your account) — performance of a contract.
  • To take payment and prevent fraud — performance of a contract and legitimate interests.
  • To provide support and respond to enquiries — legitimate interests and contract.
  • To improve and secure the service — legitimate interests.
  • To send service and, where permitted, marketing messages — consent and/or legitimate interests. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
  • To meet legal obligations (tax, accounting, responding to lawful requests) — legal obligation.

5. Payment provider boundary

Card payments are processed by Stripe, an independent payment provider acting as its own controller for payment data. Your full card details are entered on Stripe-hosted checkout and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We receive only a payment confirmation and limited metadata (such as card brand and the last four digits). Stripe's handling of your data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

6. Order, account and support data

We keep records of your subscription, billing history, and support correspondence so we can operate your account, provide receipts, honour our Refund Policy, and resolve disputes. Access to this data inside our organisation is limited to staff who need it to run the service.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site and secure your session, and limited analytics to understand usage and improve the product. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser and our cookie controls. See our Cookie Policy for detail.

8. Third-party processors

We share data with vetted processors only to run the service, including:

  • Cloud hosting and content delivery for the application and storage.
  • Our payment processor (Stripe) for subscriptions and refunds.
  • A database/authentication provider for accounts, uploaded content and lead capture.
  • Analytics and error-monitoring providers to keep the service reliable.

Each processor is bound by contract to protect your data and use it only on our instructions.

9. International transfers

We are based in the United Kingdom, and some processors may store or process data outside your country. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses to protect it.

10. Data retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and thereafter as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Uploaded source content is cleared after a 30-day cache window by default, unless you delete it sooner or a longer period is genuinely necessary to provide the service you requested. Support correspondence is retained for a reasonable period to handle follow-ups.

11. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we also ask that you keep your credentials confidential and avoid uploading material you are not permitted to process.

12. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the UK GDPR and, where relevant, the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. California residents may request disclosure of data categories and opt out of any “sale” of personal information — we do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, email support@hyperese.shop.

13. Children and minors

Priormind is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Users aged 13 to 17 may use the service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. If you believe a minor has provided us data without appropriate consent, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Complaints and how to contact us

If you have a concern, contact us first at support@hyperese.shopand we will try to resolve it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or the law. We will post the revised version here with a new “last updated” date. This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
