1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Priormind, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
2. The service
Priormind is an AI research and knowledge-synthesis assistant. It produces first-draft syntheses, figures and short explainer clips from sources you provide. Outputs are assistive drafts, not verified conclusions — see our AI Disclaimer.
3. Eligibility and minors
You must be at least 13 to use Priormind. Users aged 13 to 17 may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. The service is not directed to children under 13.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us of any unauthorised use.
5. Acceptable use
You must use Priormind lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach it.
6. Your content and licence
You keep ownership of the sources you upload and grant us a limited licence to process them solely to deliver your synthesis, as set out in our Content License.
7. Subscriptions, quotas and billing
- Paid plans are billed in US dollars (USD) on a recurring monthly or yearly basis until cancelled.
- Quotas are metered service usage for each billing period. They are not a stored, prepaid or withdrawable balance, and unused quota does not roll over.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also accept Stripe's terms.
- You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
9. Intellectual property
The Priormind software, brand and site content are owned by HYPERPRIOR RESEARCH LTD and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights in them beyond using the service as intended.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and must be verified against primary sources before you rely on them. Priormind is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HYPERPRIOR RESEARCH LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on unverified AI output. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required by law. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date, and continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country. Questions: support@hyperese.shop.
